from Mrs OptHolt, Headteacher
As a dedicated infant school we believe that early years education lays the foundation for life-long learning. Here at Trafalgar Infant School we are committed to both pupil achievement and pupil development through our values of Believe, Inspire, Achieve.
This means that through the wide experiences that we offer we aim to challenge our children to achieve academically while also developing their confidence, self esteem and a positive attitude towards learning.
Starting school is an important time for both children and parents and selecting the right school for your child is an important decision. We look forward to welcoming you for a tour of our school.
Public Health Info
For the latest information about The Corvid-19 virus please see the following websites:
The Federation has conducted a comprehensive risk assessment for the reopening of school and as recommended by government guidance this process was informed by consultation with the local authority, other local schools, teaching unions, staff and with parents/carers via class reps meetings and other direct communications with school. The school leadership team reviews those procedures on the basis of changes in government guidance and feedback from parents and staff. We regularly communicate school procedures and any changes to parents/carers via the school newsletter and ParentMail. If you have any questions or concerns about specific aspects of those procedures please contact the school office or email the school.
