Pick-up on the last day of the term (not the half term): The school day ends at 2.15pm for children at Meadway and 2.25pm for children at Gothic and Elmsleigh.

Absence: Headteachers may not authorise any leave of absence during term time unless there are exceptional circumstances. Please book family holidays and other family events only in school holidays. All absences need to be advised in writing or via email using the Pupil Leave of Absence form available from the school office and website.

Inset Days: School staff are obliged to take part in dedicated In Service Training days every academic year. These days form a vital and valuable aspect of continuing professional development. During these days the school is closed to children.

Bank Holidays: These are only indicated if they fall within school term time.
