Design Technology

 At Trafalgar Schools’ Federation we believe that Design and Technology plays an important role in helping our children prepare for the ever-changing world around them. Our children use creative and imaginative thinking along with practical skills to solve relevant, real life problems through the use of designing, making and evaluating. Design and Technology also includes learning about different foods and areas of nutrition with our children being able to cook in our designated food technology room.

Design and Technology forms part of the Expressive Arts and Design area of learning within the EYFS curriculum.
